Nick Herron sold the Herron Group listing at 4024 Casey Key Road on Casey Key this week. Selling price was $1,600,000 including a furniture package. This beautiful home had 3 bedrooms plus den, 3 1/2 baths, a huge two car garage with storage area, a private boat dock and views of the Bay. A 10' beach easement was an additional feature. The sellers had to move quickly as the new owners wanted to take possession within two weeks of the executed contract.
